MGAC reviews

Some reviews we read and say ‘yeah, their employment at our company didn’t work out, so we understand why they may feel that way’, and some reviews leave us befuddled. This review left us wondering if the reviewer is talking about the right company. We are proud of MGAC’s growth, stability and continuation of culture, even in the midst of a pandemic (2020 - no Covid related layoffs, we continue to win work and hire growing 12% over 2019, we created a robust diversity, equity and inclusion initiative and performance management is getting a fresh overhaul). And certainly no vodka, food or UPS. Although, we do miss donuts on Friday... our scales don't, but we do. Befuddled. We continue to keep our employees safety and security at the forefront.
