Mid-tier sweatshop

Pros

Pay is “ok” if you need a job. They hire you with barely an interview and they don’t test for THC

Cons

It’s a sweatshop. Some supervisors are disrespectful. The big one are their hour expectations. Plant closed early on a Friday due to power outage, halfway through the shift. Think that means an early weekend? Think again. They emailed me saying we had to be in on Saturday to make up 4 overtime hours. And if we didn’t show it’s a write up. Takes months before they offer you benefits. Any company that does not give benefits Day 1 is dealing with huge turnover issues or does not want you to stay. Think about why this may be.
