Extremely fast paced work environment. Old school culture (early start / no jeans / no work from home etc.). Poor bonus structure for middle management if any. Pay is on low side for certain professionals. High cost of health insurance. limited 401K investment options. Autocratic management team. Minimal advancement opportunities.

Supervisor on 3rd shift want racist..unstable..substance abuse throughout..The more ot you worked the more the union would take in dues..insurance way to high and it was the bottom of the rung insurance...Management really doesn't have a clue on the employee morale..which is a attitude of do what I want because I have the union..people sleeping in their cars while they should be working..constant cell phone use even though it's against company policy..I could go on..
