Good, smart people who truly understand the industry and the needs of retail customers. The products are best in breed and in high-demand, making this an exciting place to work.
Cons
Some cultural differences cause challenges in working across the enterprise. Some acquisitions have not fully acclimated into the Micros companies. This creates some confusion and inconsistency from leadership. Marketing is not a top priority in this organization.
