      Pros

      Great products. MICROS had the best Point-of-Sale system in the market. Technical staff was top notch. Good company to work for.

      Cons

      No uniform structure from district office to district office. Focused more on sales. Lack of formal training for no sales staff

      Pros

      How can there be any PROs when the organization does not even have an HR representative staffed onsite anymore.

      Cons

      Executives/Management are laughed at internally as they have no backbone and agree to dates and deliverables that are impossible to make based on lack of resources. What was once frustrating to cope with is now a joke as it is amusing to watch the disorganization, panic and meltdowns. Bringing new blood into the organization is good but not when they don't have a clue and bring no new ideas or plans. The newer management make me miss the leaders that were moved to other roles or chased away (which is shocking to me).

      Pros

      Hard for me to think of one besides company seems to be financially stable...for now.

      Cons

      Hired in as a PM where I hoped to leverage my skill-set. Unfortunately there is no PM skill-set needed as it is management via fire. Glorified babysitting of resources in hopes they don’t get pulled from you w/o notice. Consistently delivering bad news to customers after being directed by management to lead them on with blatant lies.
