steady paycheck-- pays the bills. benefits are good
Cons
hrs-8-5 lunch-12-1 no training AT All management-horrible. the will not tell you or teach you anything..no management support you can only get a raise or promotion if you kiss butt to upper management for years.... alot of employees are back stabbers and constantly talk about other employees sometimes i had felt like it was a third world country with all the outdated equipment. Company Braggs about making a Billion in revenue. but pays lesssss then minimum salaries??? high turnover ratio= replace a seasoned employee with a burger flipper...
