OK if you want to be at a status quo routine job.

Cons

They do not use their employees to their full potential. They do not have a clear understanding of the skill set the employees need and challenge them to utilize those skills.

Really it is a shame to see a company turns from best to worst in such a short period of time

Pros

It used to be a great place (4-5 years ago) nit new management took it down (it isn't just the economy to blame)

Cons

Poor management work not appreciated employees are thrown under the bus constantly Managers who has no business being such Placement of employees in the worst place with complete disregard to their talent
