you get health benefits. and you get reimbursed for things like streaming services, auto care, etc.

Cons

underpaid, no home life, hard to get time off, feels like members are more of a priority than employees. burnout is real.

Pros

Consistent schedule and hours. I enjoy helping the community through MIDFLORIDA. They offer various opportunities to get involved in the community. If you have a great team that really makes or breaks your experience (like anywhere)

Cons

Training is a bit all over the place. Tellers come and go so your branch could have some staffing issues. (That's anywhere so I'll give you that). Management is a mixed bag. Not a lot of supervision on how management behaves. Midflorida could be more competitive in pay.
