Pros

Fun environment, most managers genuinely care about their employees. Benefits for full timers are great as far as paid time off, and health benefits.

Cons

Not much room for career growth, its a very bureaucratic system. If you love what you do and are content being in the same position then you will be happy, but if you crave growth and new opportunities this may not be the place for you.

Great culture and great people. You can tell that mostly everyone enjoys working there. Health and medical insurance is very good.

Cons

Time off could be improved. You only get 10 days when you start and have to wait 5 years for another week.
