Benefits and pay is good. Branch employees are friendly, and helpful. Not upper management.

Cons

Upper management manages with fear and really don’t know how to be good leaders. Upper management Gossips and spy’s on staff and uses other staff employees to do the dirty work. You will never move up unless someone dies. Upper management makes promises they can’t keep. Very conservative behind times kind of credit union, systems are not user friendly. Leadership programs are a joke. Back office employees are rude been around to long need to retire,
