      Pros

      3 weeks PTO to start.

      Cons

      No company culture. No incentive to work in office when the work has been fine 3 days WFH. No bonuses, no moral boosters. Pay is ok.

      Good vacation package, laid back work environment, don’t feel unappreciated, management is decent.

      Cons

      They are a paper company, not a trucking company. Very little knowledge about the actual job of driving a truck. Constantly driving over weight, once given plastic wheel chocks made for a compact car to be used for a 33k straight truck. Low hourly pay
