Pros

Good vacation package, laid back work environment, don’t feel unappreciated, management is decent.

Cons

They are a paper company, not a trucking company. Very little knowledge about the actual job of driving a truck. Constantly driving over weight, once given plastic wheel chocks made for a compact car to be used for a 33k straight truck. Low hourly pay

Pros

Having a position that I was looking for to be able to work for many years. Wonderful people makes you feel like a part of the company.

Cons

Getting use to working nights. But that will take only time. Learning how to load the truck properly for the weight to be correct for the Weight Station that we go through on my travels back to the warehouse.

Pros

Great people! Entrepreneurial spirit. Forward thinking. Nimble. Transparent. Team players willing to help one another. Growing while others are shrinking. Diversifying into expanding markets like packaging and digital substrates. Good 401k.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind.
