No benefits! No paid holidays. No paid vacation. Owner has personality disorder. Should seek immediate help.

Black owned and fairly progressive. Job stability if you do your job. Pay is adequate. Pretty good hours. Management is often flexible.

Cons

Lexington is a pretty bad place to live. Strenuous work. You are counted on to do your part. You turn into just a number.
