No dental insurance. No overtime or threat to be written up; yet working through lunch. Managers and heads with little to no dental experience causing issues with patient care/job duties ethically, morally, and/or against board rules. "Head assistants"' opinions matter only and rest of staff's opinion isnt even addressed. Clinical staff excluding inexperienced, labeled "heads" are "worker bees" and are not appreciated by the company but PRAISED by the patients. Complaints by certain staff about rude or disrespectful employees are not addressed. Experienced professionals have no input or suggestions are ignored.

Terrible leadership within the company Overworked/burned out employees Doctors will talk down to you and use profound language and management “regional” allows it to happen. Continuous turnover and lack of follow through. Most decisions are not aligned with the company’s vision and culture.Staff upfront is required to "dress up" since we make sexy teeth, scrubs are not allowed but you are REQUIRED to mop, sweep, scrub troilites, cleaning outside windows, move couches and vacum and help with patient rooms. There is no work/life balance. Upper management is a bit unpleasant to deal with; rude and arrogant. They offer the minimum amount of holidays. They expect you to attend to your email even on weekend. You will get in trouble if the office doesn’t produce enough even though that isn’t anyone’s fault if patients don’t want to start unnecessary treatment. The OWNER during meetings, he will cuss at you and make you feel extremely low. Its a sad, draining company to work for.
