Work constantly. Nights I should be with my family and kids. Not responding to emails. Weekends I should be off. Not responding to work inquiries. The MONEY IS NOT WORTH IT. The turnover rate with mint dentistry employees it’s hilarious. You’ll get rid if your office does not have good reviews But no one wants to work here so we have limited staff with the skills that we need. I get in trouble if my office doesn’t hit goal but yet I’m understaffed and they always take I get in trouble if my office doesn’t hit goal but yet I’m understaffed. There’s so many responsibilities that I work over 60 hours a week I don’t get to spend time with my kids. The hours are ridiculous you don’t get a lunch. People should not have to go home and worry about their job or stress about their job or about how overwhelmed they are because they have no help because the company they work for just wants money.

She leaves every Monday and I am stuck with someone who is slower than me and it’s so frustrating! The COO is mannerless. Rude. A bully. No one gets paid what they should. Nobody gets a lunch. Office managers do. It ever get a break. First ones in the office last ones to leave. It’s miserable.
