No matter where you are in the company mint cares about you my first week working for mint I had a medical emergency I took a day off my boss saw I was not ready to come back she came and talked to me told me she cares about me and if I need to go home to go home. I LOVE MINT!!! All of my coworkers are family everyone cares about everyone the training is amazing the job is relax the pay is the best! After every staff meeting dr Harrison and his wife pray for everyone and let you know they care for you. These people are great!!!

Cons

If only the area around the call center didn’t have such traffic!

Great growing company with plenty of job/career growth potential - opportunities are limitless here. Mint has a talented, hard working team who support a company that is always looking to improve. Suggestions and new ideas are welcome and even solicited.
