Pros

I absolutely love Mint, since the first day at Orientation through out my first 90 days! I love the company, what they stand for and the employees and bosses. I love that it truly is like a mint family, I can ask anyone if there is ever a question or concern and almost everyone is there to help when needed. I hope to continue to grow and thrive with the company to move up and maybe even make a career out of it. I truly see myself at Mint for a very long time!

Cons

The only downside is each office has a lot of similarities but also does things their own way, I would say for the future if everyone followed the same protocols and procedures it would make it a little more easier for the onboarding process. Did not bother me much as I am a quick learner and adapt easily but it may be harder for other people that do not pick up as swiftly and can get confused with the many different ways each office does certain things.

The only thing I dont like is there is No paid holidays
