The culture at Mint is the reason I look forward to going to work early every day and staying late. There is no work more fulfilling than giving someone a reason to smile and at Mint, that is the sole focus. The team is young, fun, and motivated and eager to help. The patients are appreciative and grateful and inspire you to do your best work.

Cons

Changes are a daily occurrence in a fast growing company and some people find the adjustment discomforting or even disorienting. If you're open to change and a fast pace environment you might enjoy the changes.

Free medical benefits at no cost to employee

Cons

High volume of patients. No lunches. A lot of gossip between girls in office. Change of management every 6 months so no sense of stability. Coming in early and leaving late everyday so no real work/life balance. Being rushed to get patients in and out.
