Pros

You meet a lot of different people, that varies from the consumers to the coworkers in your office and several more from other locations.

Cons

The company is attempting to expand itself too fast for its own good to the point they are promoting people to positions of power who clearly aren't ready for the responsibilities that are entailed with the job. And the performance of those offices show it.
