Pay attention to the 1-star reviews, that’s the real story

Pros

Growing company and great marketing.

Cons

Owner makes snap decisions and changes every day. Processes and people change constantly, turnover is HIGH. The inconsistency is difficult to manage and keep team morale up. Everyone feels their job is on the line, one false move and your fired. Horrible work environment. Tears and fear are the working model for this organization. If you enjoy being ridiculed and yelled at and working in an unstable work environment, this place is for you, if not, STAY AWAY. The Advice to Management section, the leaders laugh at and reward people to write good reviews to offset the more negative reviews. Pay attention to the 1- and 2-star reviews, this is what’s really going on at Mint. I’m actively looking along with the majority of my peers.

Pros

Some of the Pro working for Mint Dentistry includes: the coworkers that you work with directly, the dental benefit coverage (when you actually get to see the dentist through their employee selection program, the weight you lose for no lunch breaks, and that’s pretty much it. It’s continously growing (but it’s a con as well)

Cons

The cons include: poor value in employees, they lie about compensation, the benefits that’s part of your package are not available for use, can’t take any days off without reprocussion, ineffective communication from management, HS games, attacked by management if you’re not in their clique (they have cliques), Employees that have been here for years have not received pay raises, management changes every two or three months, hourly employees don’t always get 40 hours, everybody is related or associated in some type of way outside of the business (people are either married, having casual sex, dating, family, high school friends, or roommates, so there’s a lot of favoritism. There’s no worklife balance. It’s a continously growing company but they want to grow locations not employee size (more work less employees).

Pros

Hour lunch breaks and that's about it

Cons

Reviews somehow get deleted if the company doesn't like it on almost everything you're able to leave one on. Management is stupid. Dr Harrison talks down on everyone. He is full of greed and nothing he says on the radio is true. More than half of the employees are miserable & under payed. Mint should just close their doors. They have horribly trained doctors. They train to do the work fast not quality.
