Made some great friends. Flexible with home life, unexpected events

Cons

Pay not great, they have favorites, mess up holiday pay; keep you at bay. You maybe the best person for a upgrade job but if you ain't a favorite hang it up. Work alot of mandatory weekends. And the office and the floor not on the same page. And hr is not your friend or gonna help you.

Pretty much everything else, rare are teams/supervisors who treat their subordinates with understanding and respect. Cultural differences are there which is a huge problem when it comes to work.
