Made some great friends. Flexible with home life, unexpected events

Cons

Pay not great, they have favorites, mess up holiday pay; keep you at bay. You maybe the best person for a upgrade job but if you ain't a favorite hang it up. Work alot of mandatory weekends. And the office and the floor not on the same page. And hr is not your friend or gonna help you.
