      Pros

      Could take days off as needed for my child's medical needs. Was able to attend children's soccer games which is very helpful being a single mom.

      Cons

      Upper management did not care if products were up to the standards of the customer before shipping. Supervisors never around when needed and ignore calls and texts when needing something urgently. All responsibility falls on operators shoulders and management takes no accountability for any of their wrong doings.
