Pros

I worked for Mir for 2 years as an outside sales rep. I loved my time there - the team is competent and friendly, and ready to welcome new coworkers. Open to feedback from staff. CEO is personally invested in your success. Trip to California ever year for annual meeting/teambuilding and Christmas party.

Cons

None really; for me it ended up being working remotely and the travel, but for most people those are pros.

Great people at all levels of the company, joining the team is like joining a family. Everybody is very supportive.

Pros

It's a great place to work at. It's not a big company, so it felt like a family. The management is caring and appreciative. The staff is friendly. Occasional free lunches.
