Pros

It's very easy work, the teams are very lax, the systems are okay compared to other banking institutions.

Cons

The departments don't help each other, it's very dog eat dog. Member services specifically has a very high school feel where the people in charge are in a clique and if you don't fit in with them, they intentionally will make your life very difficult. If you are sensitive to bullying, this department isn't for you.

Pros

Pleasant co-workers, commitment to MIT, a lot of employee engagement. Really good customer service, which I credit to strong middle managers. Great benefits; compensation lower.

Cons

The president is the problem. Very stressed senior team because of controlling and selfish leadership. Dysfunction leads to high attrition. MIT has turned a blind eye.

Pros

If you are looking for a job to come to work, do your job, and go home - this is fine place to work.

Cons

If you are looking to grow a career, do not work here. They do not care about career growth and development.
