Pros

I TA-ed for three different classes, taught by four different professors. My responsibilities varied wildly depending on who I was working with, but all were valuable. It's a chance to work with some of the smartest people I've ever met, including the brilliant undergraduates. I was really glad I did this while also taking my own classes.

Cons

A lot can fall on your plate at the end of the semester to get grades turned around. Just be good at communicating and you should be fine.
