Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. The flat organization is a conscious choice that reduces administration and provides more ease of access to decision makers. Hopefully you are discussing your concerns with appropriate internal resources. Promotion and recognition based on merit is one of our biggest goals.

Pros

Low level of stress, cool projects. 12 holidays plus 15 vacation days to start. Good salary. Managers give a significant level of autonomy to new employees.

Cons

Mostly older people, not too many young college grads. Sometimes a bit too much bureaucracy to get parts fabricated by machine shop.

Thank you for your comments. We do try hard to get new employees involved as early as possible. Over the lest few years, our population has gradually been reflecting a shift to more early career staff and we are enjoying the benefits of having both deep experience and strong legacy knowledge with newer ideas and approaches.
