Pros

- There are amazing pockets of work, teams, management, and growth opportunities - You can, with the right leadership, take on and learn new skills

Cons

- Meritocracy is a facade - people here are handpicked to be rewarded, and management will twist their words and your reviews accordingly to allow those chosen to move forwards while the rest are held back - HR continues to support intimidation and harassment of staff - They can't fire you, so group leadership will make your life as miserable as possible
