Pros

It's MIT. You are working with some of the best people in the world with some of the best resources and technical expertise. It's a no-brainer, really. Benefits aren't bad for a postdoc.

Cons

Pay. Bureaucracy. More bureaucracy. Poor support for postdocs on job searches. Flexible, but still high expectations of time commitment.
