      Pros

      Caring place with great people: smart, humble, sensitive. Great resources and facilities. Staff with strong culture of excellence. Excellent location.

      Cons

      People have very high standards for everything. While in general that’s a good think, folks can be perfectionists sometimes. This can sometimes lead to burnout, too much stress, and people feeling like they never measure up.
