Pros

Excellent benefits, Gym access, huge number of club sports. Free tuition to take one class per semester. Minimal paperwork. Constant free food and lectures.

Cons

Boston is cold. Housing in the area is very expensive. There are no real cons other than this one, sorry.

Pros

The school is filled with the best minds in the world, so you're constantly surrounded by smart individuals. Plus the name is very well recognized in the scientific community.

Cons

The students are perpetually stressed out, so if you need to deal with them, you might have to be extremely patient. Also, the administration seems to enforce a culture with the students that requires them to work at an unrealistic pace.
