Colleagues are great, benefits are good, working with with students is great.

Cons

Management struggles and impact are noticeable, micromanagement, lack of autonomy is frustrating if you have not been here a while and gotten used to it. No opportunities for upward growth, lack of ongoing supervision coupled with very large student loads is challenging. Could make more money in private practice.
