Pros

Aside from the very nice science and technology exposure, some labs and fields are well connected with pharma companies. A perfect place to get some initial experience to pharma industry, corporate and startups. Which is a huge a plus for folks planning to pursue a career in industry.

Cons

Too much work to do, which is actually a good thing as the purpose of a postdoc is to get the most experience for the future positions.
