      Good people and meaningful work.

      Cons

      Unstable and erratic decision making from the c suite. CFO on a rampage - Counting badge swipes, reversing telework agreements, withholding promos until people come into office a certain amount of time per month, etc.

      MITRE is an innovative, fast pace, research and development company working to solve problems for a safer world. 401k matching benefits are outstanding, vacation days are comparable to industry partners and the telecommute options remain flexible.

      Cons

      Internal MITRE perception of its benefits are that we are not comparable and salaries are lower than other government contractors.
