Pretty good company

Pros

Overall good company to work for. Decent pay. Great benefits. Even got an off cycle pay raise as a performance incentive.

Cons

Overtime can sometimes be encouraged but won't be paid. There are no bonuses, they say it's a legal thing as an FFRDC, no idea if true.
