Pros
Amazing people to work with to address federal government challenges. Very collaborative environment.
Cons
Benefits are decreasing. Latest change is to outsource our leave benefits to Matrix Management. They are slow to respond to requests. Very unorganized, for example they keep adding requests for information- rather than telling you all requirements at once. They takes weeks to process requests- even when it is emergency medical needs and all paperwork is submitted quickly. Phone wait times are long. Also have poor privacy security practices.
