Going through a rough patch but pulling through the best they can

Pros

Leadership is being transparent about the rough patch. Given we get 95%+ of our revenue from federal government, we are going through a tumultuous time, which entails RIFs. Leadership is getting through them well and posturing us to continue to be stable (in terms of pay, benefits, and security). Good work life balance.

Cons

Behaves like a large corporation. Corporate processes can be slow, have mediocre results, etc.
