      Benefits, salary are more than competitive. Work life balance is a mantra, and meant.

      Cons

      Current team management has bad business model. Knows it, but can't change. Few and far between training opportunities due to bad model.

      Relatively laid back atmosphere, ability to do work in the public interest without having to settle for a government salary.

      Cons

      Without the pressure to sell a product or make a profit, the atmosphere can be too laid back at times.
