      A company with good bones but in a strange place

      Work-life balance, impactful mission space, diversity of disciplines, job security (government), R&D minded

      Cons

      Questionable senior leadership, certain mission spaces have outdated management techniques (superiority complexes, etc), availability of work is horrible - it takes months of networking on your own time to find projects with funding to take new people on.
