*Leadership is completely disconnect from reality of work force.
*Continuing to hire even though they can't keep enough work for current staff
*Return to Office Policy - Forces EVERYONE back in purely numbers. Employees with remote projects which are not at the local sites are still forced to come in. Just to find an empty office and work remotely.
*Pulling daily badge swipes and keeping a log/evidence of those not complying. Honestly could fire people over it tomorrow with no warning and no consideration of performance.
*Employee attrition rate for senior and lead engineers is staggering, Many are leaving for equal pay just to get out.
