Consistently lie to their customers. No real structure to their leadership, and no real training programs in place for new employees. This is more like a frat house on steroids then it is a business. Leadership constantly asks employees to go above and beyond normal working hours, with some employees putting in 60-80 hours of work, but without the compensation to go along with it. No performance reviews, no raises and many times have employees performing multiple roles. The support team is constantly understaffed and the best employees have either left or been let go in droves. They like to pretend to be big players in the cannabis scene, but realistically they don't know what they're doing or how to deliver on their promises. Additionally, their benefits package is extremely weak as well as their health care package is ridiculous.
