Pros

Growth within the company is achievable here at MLC CAD Systems. Hard work is rewarded and acknowledged by managers. Even though the company has increased in employees and territories, you still feel like you work within a small company and that your voice can still be heard.

Cons

MLC has offices located in many states across the southern half of the U.S. and it is difficult to get to know everyone on a one-on-one basis. Company events let you get to see most of the staff a few times a year.

Pros

This company has truly grown my entrepreneurial spirit and provided every opportunity for me to succeed. The support I’ve received and the team I work with are unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The culture here genuinely feels like family. Leadership is transparent and leads by example, from ownership to management to employees. Everyone goes above and beyond, working hard and staying committed to going the extra mile. When I talk to peers about their challenges with internal processes or unsupportive management, I honestly can’t relate, my experience has been the complete opposite. Everything I’ve put in, I’ve received back a Ten-fold. Without question, this has been the most rewarding professional experience of my career.

Cons

When products or markets shift, adjustment periods tend to be longer. As you’d expect with an organization of this size. Rapid changes aren't the norm, and it's important to have realistic expectations when it comes to change.
