Pros

You hear of company's saying that they are family focused, have an open door policy, and treat & consider you as a valued partner within the company, but the majority do not mean it. They are giving you lip service, and I have been employeed by many companies that did just that. MLC CAD SYSTEMS TRULY MEANS IT. Everyone from Inside Sales to Managers to Ownership treat you and your family as a part of their family. They truly believe in the open door policy and do not make you feel like you are stupid or bothering them if you have a question. And they value the opinions of everyone in the company, no matter your job title, making it an excellent place to work.

Cons

I do not really consider it a con but management has a hands off approach and will let you work, you are not just a number to them. They care about your personal growth and want you to learn from your own experiences.

Have great engineering team members.

Cons

will not provide info, even after requests from many employees over the years of where your pay comes from. Nepotism. Lack of integrity. They do not value their employees. Poor benefits. insurance changes every year. No room to grow or move up professionally. Archaic policies. Lots of turnover recently due to these issues and others. (>30% of sales force, as a sales organization)
