Pros

The interview process gave me a good feel for company culture, values and expectations which has been consistent with my experience so far. I feel that there is a good balance of direction and expectations for personal accountability and it is a nice change of pace to be treated like an adult, as compared to many jobs I have had. Ownership and management work hard to create a family environment and have a great balance between the strong strategic leadership you would expect from a large company and the personal communication of a small business.

Cons

So far I have not identified any negatives, my experience has been great so far

Pros

The people and the culture are great. There's a real sense that everyone wants to pitch in and support however they can. Also, the expectation laid out in the interview process & the phone calls prior to getting hired are very accurate, there weren't any curve balls that arose post accepting the position.

Cons

I honestly, don't have any cons. MLC CAD Systems has been a great place to be at.

Enjoyed my time with MLC. Great experience working here with some of the most disciplined and talented people in the industry. Can't recommend them enough.

Cons

Not so much a con about the company; this is an ever expanding industry and requires a great deal of 'study time' to keep up with the changes in the industry and new offerings.
