Pros

This is a great company. I started at MLM canvassing. It was a great introduction to the company. I got to see what areas of the company I wanted to pursue. I chose production, and I haven’t looked back since. Management has been patient, kind and understanding making sure I am capable to the best of my abilities to perform my job effectively for all parties involved. They take care of us like family. Sometimes the work is hard, but they are always there to help me out and help grow my skill set everyday. As I’ve said before I do not regret my decision to join the team of this rapidly growing company. It’s truly worth it.

Pros

While working here management and fellow employees make you feel confident and comfortable in the process of Home improvement. There is constant training and support that has help me reach my goals and success. You really do feel like you’re apart of something bigger rather than just being another employee. It’s also more than just sales I feel like that I am actually helping someone improve their Home.

Nothing that I can think of.

I have been with the company about a month now and so far. Positive environment where you are rewarded for your hard work. Great team of people working towards a common goal and willing to pitch into help out. Overall I am thoroughly enjoying myself.
