People: The atmosphere is light, and energetic. You're welcomed into a family. Upper Management: Management is available and willing to support you to succeed. Flexibility: This is a customer service based company. As long as all expectations are meet the balance of work and personal life is enjoyable. Core values: You can tell upper management believes in their value that is offered to the community. Management is always willing to help you and the company reach your goals.

Cons

If you dislike supportive management, laughing, and a motivated atmosphere then this is not the place for you.
