Can’t think of anything positive to share.

Cons

Their sales roles are a bait and switch scheme to bring you into an underpaid marketing team. If you have any prior sales experience run from the company as fast as you can. I have a decade of sales experience and they attempted to pull the same card. Management are place holders with no actual say in how their branches run. If you press them as to why, they panic with excuses. Well structured MLM scheme through and through. Dont be fooled by the “W2” here.

Thoroughly loved this job. Great co-workers, felt like we were making a difference with homeowners.

Cons

Company is on a downward trajectory. Financial issues led to mass layoffs of nearly/over 60% of the company, top performers were let go.
