Business Outlook
Pros
Super collaborative, high energy, small company environment. Communication and expectations are very clear from top down, client relationships are solid and the company is doing well, even in 2020, because of them. Everyone tries to work together as much as possible, conflict is nearly non-existent. Overall, its a good place to come into work every day!
Cons
This is more of a con of being a recruiter- longer hours/after work events are part of the job. Since MMD is smaller, if there is a large project that comes down the pipe that means a lot of late nights for the recruiting team to get it covered. However, unlike some companies, at MMD the longer hours do actually convert to more deals made, so its all worth it in the end!
