Pros

One of the best company's to work for. The company really cares about its employees and holds numerous functions for them and their families throughout the years.

Cons

Nothing at all, they are wonderful.

Ok Temporary Job, Too Much About Image

Pros

It's ok while the learning opportunities still exist and you're not held back. A *few managers genuinely care about people.

Cons

They are very much about image and the "MMG family" concept that's pushed a bit too much. Some managers really micromanage. You really need to fit in if you don't want to be held back.
