Horrific pay, I mean horrible. The raises were insulting and so were the "bonuses". I wouldn't even consider them bonuses, they were scraps. Multiple employees needing 2nd jobs to support themselves. 0 insight into the path of promotions. You never know when you'll be promoted although they'll string you along thinking you COULD be promoted, but won't do it and NOT because you aren't qualified they simply don't have the money to promote people, it's embarrassing honestly. C-Suite and other management completely out of touch. CEO says she's in "the trenches with us" but she's jumping on her next first class flight to a different part of the world each week. C-Suites openly talking about how many cars they own and the CEO asking the president of the company "is tonight a Mustang night" as they are walking around the common area, when most of us are struggling to put food on our tables or get gas in our cars to get home that night. OVERLY woke company, to the point where politics are just a normal part of every conversation, I did not appreciate that at all.

Promotions are political, raises are minimal (2-3%), and growth is nearly impossible. Weekend work and unpaid hours are standard expectations. Job duties and expectations change after you’re hired. Leadership lacks understanding of modern social strategies and relies heavily on their teams to execute and carry performance. Recycled ideas, minimal strategy, and very little innovation despite having top-tier clients.
